How We Charge Our Fees:
Whistler Immigration charges flat fees only. We do not charge by the hour.
In general, after a Roadmap Consultation or Free Assessment, we quote the client a flat fee. A flat fee quote is most appropriate because the client knows exactly what they are being charged.
As it relates to immigration legal services, we believe that hourly billing practiced by many firms is a way to bill money from a client that they can’t dispute. The reality is, if a firm is highly experienced in immigration they must be able to quote flat fees for services.
Whistler Immigration has successfully completed over 1,500 immigration files and we know exactly how much work is involved in each program stream. Therefore, we are able to quote the client a flat fee.

Free Initial Assessment: No Fee
Roadmap Consultation: $250.00 plus HST. Total with tax is $280.00
Full Service: An accurate quote can only be determined once we know your situation. Quotes are lower or higher based on a number of your personal factors including:
- Employment situation;
- Education levels;
- Language abilities;
- Family situation (spouse, kids, divorces, marital status);
- Personal net worth/debts;
- Past permitting refusals in Canada;
- Past criminal issues;
